Use natural toothpaste without sodium lauryl sulphate which is a harsh chemical causing irritation. Having a single mighty pimple one should consider using toothpaste and leave it over night. Toothpaste also contains silica which helps in drying out and diminishes the size of pimple if left for the whole night.

Doing half an hour regular exercise improves physical, mental and emotional health. The antioxidant property of vitamin A helps to treat acne and pimples by reducing inflammation and soothe swollen, sore and red spots. Vitamin A is also good in maintaining skin clarity and strips dead skin cells which accumulate causing break outs. Beta carotene is a type of vitamin which promotes healthy skin. Papaya contains papain which is an enzyme aiming to reduce inflammation and prevents pus from developing. One can try flesh of papaya on the face. First you need to mash it well and then smoothly apply on the acne scars. Wash face with lukewarm water after keeping it for 15-20 minutes. If the skin gets dry after cleansing then you can also use moisturiser.

·        Wearing make ups- Wearing makeup could be a cause of acne breakout. Make ups not always cause acne but in some people wearing particular brand or type of make ups could result in significant increase in facial blemishes.
