Stop evaporation
of moisture from your eyes
Moisturising
only the skin is important but eyes too demand moisturising. Dry eyes can be
itchy, red and even painful. To retain moisture follow these tips:
Blinking: Blink
frequently, even when you are focused on watching TV or working on your
computer. Blinking retains the natural moisture of your eyes.
Turn down the heat in room: When
it’s too hot in an improperly ventilated room, the air becomes dry, drying our
eyes. Turn down the heat and save fluids of eyes.
Adjust your computer screen: Move
your computer screen right below your eye level. This will cause your eyes to
close slightly and minimize fluid loss while staying at the computer for long
hours.
