By adding fruits, veggies, wholegrains, and nuts in your salad to make it a rich source of fiber and proteins. Doing this, you can easily get slim body and sexy figure.

·        Eggs- Start the day with eggs, wow! It seems mouth watering, as eggs are full of proteins and have essential amino acids, which help you in reducing your body mass index significantly as compared to non eaters. Try to have two boiled eggs each day in the morning because the protein found in egg yolk activates the release of glucagon hormone which fights belly fat automatically and provides you ultimate weightloss.

·        Salmon are good- If you love fish, then it’s like a cherry on cake for you because salmon tastes good and also help you in losing your extra pounds. As salmon fish is enriched with omega-3 fatty acids that help in improving the insulin sensitivity, which helps in building the muscles. Losing weight with exercise sounds incomplete. To be fit and healthy, diet alone cannot click. You have to do more to shed extra weight, which can be possible only through regular exercise along with a healthy diet. You can lose your weight and can get slim body by doing thirty minutes of moderate or intense exercise. You can do brisk walking for 20 minutes a day or can hit the gym, which will keep you away from various heart diseases and diabetes related issues by improving your blood pressure. Moreover, regular exercise promotes better sleep and builds healthy bones, muscles and joints.
