I am saying this because during social gatherings, we meet with a lot of friends and other people with whom we end up consuming drinks and food, which we should restrain. Moreover, if we get tired of eating the same and repeated thing, then we prefer nearby restaurants which serve us unhealthy food than a healthy meal at home.
·        Not making lifestyle changes- Commitment here fits the best because people end up gaining weight due to their habit of not sticking to the routine. People do not change their old lousy habits like they get on a diet and exercise for some time, but return to the same old routine, which will end up in gaining weight instead of losing.

·        Shortcuts and lack of patience- It’s a human tendency that they expect, miracles within days of starting anything, be it their work or their weight loss programs. Why don’t they understand that the current situation in which they are right now have taken the time, as in the case of losing weight will happen. Losing weight is not an overnight task, it needs time and patience. Moreover, always keep in mind that short cuts too don’t work in this case.

·        Strict diets- Some people who want to lose weight stick themselves to such diet plans that are too strict to follow and handle. That’s why, when people get fed up or give into cravings, they will end up with gaining their weight.


Obesity is the father for numerous health problems or conditions. It’s important for you to know the dangers of being overweight and take it as a positive motivator to lose weight and keep it off.
